Thierry
Located on Alberni Street this fabulous European style bakery offers a covered patio and a fantastic environment, they have several flavours but many go quickly, so make sure you get there early to get the ones you want, our favourites are the Earl Grey and Cassis. They also offer gift cards, loose leaf tea and a variety of other delicious sweets.
Bel Cafe
On the corner of Georgia and Howe and part of the Hotel Georgia this small and cozy cafe offers an excellent selection of treats including macaron. Service is always impeccable and you can’t go wrong with the Peanut Butter & Jam, or Cookies and Cream Macaron.
Faubourg
With three locates throughout the lower mainland they offer a variety of places to get your macaron selection. We enjoy the location on Hornby Street across from the Art Gallery, as it is a pretty happening place weekday mornings and gives us a big of people watching on our way to the office. Faubourg offers some exciting flavours like Raspberry Rose and Tahitian Vanilla Bean.
